The Whistleblowing System (WBS) is a media for complaints for external and internal parties provided by the Company online in a confidential, anonymous manner which is used to optimize the participation of Company personnel and external parties in disclosing alleged violations that have occurred within the Company. Every party, both Company personnel and external parties, has the same opportunity to report suspected violations in the Company. WBS is part of the internal control system in preventing irregularities and fraud and strengthening the implementation of Corporate Governance practices.

PT Mega Eltra is committed to upholding good corporate governance through the preparation of the Whistleblowing System Guidelines (Whistleblowing System) which has been updated and has approved on 19 September 2022 by the Board of Directors. These guidelines are made so that every Management and Employee of PT Pupuk Indonesia Niaga complies with the Guidelines for Whistleblowing System (Whistleblowing System) as intended and is subject to sanctions in accordance with applicable regulations, if you commit a . violation

Scope of WBS PI Niaga

Whistleblowing System (Whistleblowing System) applies to all Directors, Commissioners and Employees to provide implementation guidelines or procedures for implementing the Whistleblowing System (Whistleblowing System) which includes management activities, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of the violation reporting system. This Violation Reporting System (WBS) can accommodate and facilitate the submission of alleged irregularities based on accountable evidence. Broadly speaking, the scope limitations that can be reported are as follows:

  1. Violations of the code of ethics/behavior and Company regulations;
  2. Conflict of interest;
  3. Fraud;
  4. Corruption, Theft, and Embezzlement;
  5. Bribery or Extortion;
  6. Prohibited gratification.

The Violation Reporting System will only follow up on complaints regarding the actions/actions mentioned above.

PI Niaga WBS Management

WBS is a reporting mechanism for confidential violations committed by employees or company leaders based on reliable evidence and with good intentions for the benefit of the company. Reporting is carried out through a standard mechanism and managed professionally by the WBS Team in accordance with the Guidelines for Whistleblowing Systems (Whistleblowing System) which has been updated and approved on on 19 September 2022by the Board of Directors.

Protection for Reporters

The Company guarantees protection for the Reporter from all forms of threats, intimidation or unpleasant actions from any party as long as the Reporter maintains the confidentiality of the identity and reports of the violations being complained to any party. This protection also applies to parties carrying out investigations and parties providing information related to the complaint.

Sanctions for Violations

  1. Every Company Person who is proven to have committed this violation will be given sanctions in accordance with the rules and regulations that apply in the Company.
  2. Sanctions for employees who commit violations are determined by the Board of Directors after receiving a report from the employee's direct supervisor.
  3. Sanctions for the Board of Commissioners and Directors who commit violations are decided by the Shareholders.
  4. If the Partners or other Stakeholders commit violations, then the provisions as stated in the contract will be imposed. If it is related to a criminal act, it can be forwarded to the authorities.
